B I O G R A P H Y

Main Theme: Master of the Hunt

______ Jed was hatched into a Plague clan primarily made up of Wildclaws. She learned the basics of fighting from a very young age but was never very good at it. While on her first hunting trip alone in the Starfall Isles, she became hopelessly lost and afraid. She ran into Tee, a handsome blue Coatl who she immediately attacked. Tee calmed her down and Jed broke into tears, accepting herself as lost. The two wandered together until they met a Skydancer known as Saeros, who took them in and gave them a place in the clan. Tee impressed everyone with his magical affinity, and Jed felt overlooked in her best friend's shadow. She practiced fighting constantly until she became the clan's most competent hunter.

______ While Tee became Archmage,
valued and honored for his knowledge, Jed became the Master of the Hunt. The two eventually became mates, hatching and raising their own hatchlings in both the way of the Wildclaw's combat and the Coatl's magic. Both Tee and Jed are respected in the Clan and Jed has even rescued a few dragons like her while hunting, inviting them to stay with the clan and many, like Kiros, Akira, and Yiren, joined them.

______ Although other dragons are better at her in raw combat and strength, Jed's ability to quickly outmaneuver and outsmart prey and opponents earned her the title of Windmage's Mate, a reference to both how Tee was born in a Wind Clan and how quick Jed can move.

P E R S O N A L I T Y

______ Jed is an aggressive Wildclaw who loves nothing more than running through the wilds. (Expect maybe her mate and hatchlings.) As the Clan's Master of the Hunt, she gets along well with most of the other dragons, although her aggression sometimes causes problems. It has been noted by Nightshade, the dragon who raised her and most other young dragons,
that the only hatchlings she gets along with are her own, otherwise preferring to stay out of the lives of the Clan's youngest members.

______ Tee is her best friend and mate,
but she is also very close to Aeira and Nora, the latter almost being a sister to her. They enjoy training in combat together, hunting, reading, and often spend lots of time talking or working together. Nora was very involved in raising Jed and Tee's hatchlings, teaching them how to read.
Nightshade, Nora's adoptive mother, could not be prouder to see her daughter take upon a role very similar to her own.
