Chorale is a very kind dragon who is unable to speak ever since she was born. She was also completely dark scaled, the color of deep obsidian. It made others see her as a bad omen whenever she passed their way. Instead, she made friends with many different creatures, including the clan's familiars. Eventually, other dragons saw her skill with them and had her be in charge of training new familiars that entered the clan. As such, she has no specific familiar of her own - all of them see her as a guardian and friend. During the time Elegy had planned to overthrow Cassandra, it was Chorale who had found out and quickly sought to inform the clan. Without her ability to speak, it was a lost cause as no one understood what was the cause of her fear and anxiety. Therefore, when Elegy was executing her plan with her mate Dirge, she attempted to stop them. Chorale is not as fierce of a fighter, so she was seriously hurt in the skirmish. However, it drew the attention of the rest of the clan, and Dirge and Elegy were defeated and detained. At first, Chorale did not appear that she would pull through with her wounds. With the help of Rhapsody's powers, Chorale was immersed in light that healed her completely. Upon thanking Rhapsody, the oracle said that she was merely using the light and strength of Chorale's heart to help her. Ever since then, Chorale shines as brightly as the sun, and the rest of the clan admires and respects her. She still cannot speak, but is developing a code using gestures and the body to speak with her clannmates. Also, she is being trained by the clan's warriors in order for her to better defend herself and her clan. |

Another stunning black in gold dragon! Your Chorale looks so elegant and the accent that you've chosen for her pairs beautifully with her apparel. I also really like the pieces of art that are featured in her bio. I think that they really bring her character to life and that they capture her essence quite well. ^-^

Chorale is so gorgeous! That gold-on-black aesthetic never gets old (I mean, people have been appreciating that combo for thousands of years, after all) and she just looks so shiny and bright! I love her name, too, and the fact that her lore implies her clanmates respect her and treat her as an equal despite her disability!
