Everyone needs a hard worker - one who puts themselves on the line no matter the stakes. Hellawes is that guy. He would do absolutely anything if the company demanded it. There is no one else as loyal. It's what made him so attractive in the first place. But loyalty comes at a price.

Wes is also high strung. He's constantly running on empty, yet still manages to irritate everyone with his intensity. He was voted most likely to die from a stress-induced heart attack during the annual company awards.
