Nalani, a nocturne dragoness, came to the Clan seeking refuge. She arrived, wet from the water residing in the ocean territory, in the dead of night, appearing like a shimmering pearl from the depths. Her voice was clear as she asked for shelter from a cause she would not inform the clan of. The clan said yes her beseech,
accepting the fact that they would not know what dragon, what creature or what force she was running from and has since taken her in as their own.
Her ferocious armor-- three pieces of apparel in pristine condition-- were given to her by the Riveting Jewels, both clothing her in physical substance and seeming to cover the mystery and secrets that are always shrouding her peculiar presence. Ever since then, she has been a member of the new water clan. Though hostility towards the new dragoness from dragons thinking she was a spy disappeared long before, most of the dragons in the water flight's clan and many others that know her from whispered rumors passing like an oyster passes pearls to those who keep and/or find it all stay away from the quiet and mysterious dragoness.

Mothers and fathers advise their hatchlings to be kind to the half-stranger but also to be safe every time they approach her, and other dragons show open aversion to her from fear that she could be an enemy. But Nalani, as a quiet and reserved dragon, simply seems to acknowledge this as a daily occurrence and sits, stands or curls up in her circle of space. Most of her clanmates are warmer towards her, knowing that she is not a bad dragon, but still avoid her.
Nevertheless, the Clan of the Riveting Jewels is now her home. She returns to it as home, calls it home, and knows that it's now her home.
