Biography

Hapir is one of the largest and most imposing bogsneaks anyone has ever met, but his tough looks are entirely misleading. Hapir happens to be the biggest marshmallow softie in the clan, although his silence and stony looking face wouldn't tell you so. He has never said a cross word to anyone, and not much bothers him.

He loves hatchlings and familiars and, although he doesn't say or do much, they love him too, many have been known to use him as a personal jungle gym.

Hapir is also incredibly prone to injuring himself and klutzy accidents because he is a space cadet when he's not working.

His size and stature might suggest a warrior or a hunter of fearsome prey, but actually his role in the clan is producing goods like baskets and cloth or other den needs. He has the patience of a saint and doesn't mind the long hours of work weaving and mending take. He can fix anything and is well loved for his huge, helpful claws as well as his well-intended silent, solid presence.

His familiar Tati is a lot like an overworked parent, and spends many exasperated hours trying to keep Hapir from injuring himself, or encouraging the hatchlings that somehow seem to follow Hapir wherever he goes to play safely around his sharp claws and spines
