Regina was once the mate to Armand, the King. Their
marriage died out a long time ago when the passion left
and the fights began. There was no focus on their marriage
anymore. Regina and Armand both agreed it would be better
to split from their relationship and pursue what they enjoyed.
Regina is still allowed to live in the palace as well, Armand seeing
no reason for a previous Queen to leave her home.

Regina and Armand still happen to have flings once and a while.
Regina doesn't know why she still does this with him, every time
they have children she gives them up for adoption. Regina doesn't
wish to raise them within the castle, especially knowing Armand
would disapprove of others knowing they still had relations together.
For the most part they avoid each other, Regina does her own things.
It is noted that Regina often keeps the kingdom's money in order, as
Livia has ordered that as her job since she doesn't do 'anything else
useful' according to the ruler.

Regina checks on the treasury often, a thing about her is that she can
see visions with her gem. Regina uses this to her advantage to count
the amount of money they have, which she receives the amount almost
immediately. This is how Regina keeps everything straight and in order
when it comes to their coins. Regina doesn't spend all her time doing
this though. Since her gem is omniscient she often sees what others
in the clan are doing as well. Regina knows a lot of secrets of the clan
using her ability to be nosy. She keeps the fact that she can do this
a secret, as she doesn't want it abused. Livia is the only one who knows
about it, and has had it abused by her plenty of times.
