"I only ever see you awake, I know we're both spirals, but do you ever shut down or stop running?" Mesoelle inquired.

"Oh, I'm always running!" Lux perked up. "The question is, from what?"

Mesoelle gave a puzzled, concerned look, as if she were trying to pinpoint something. "Don't worry, it's mainly deadlines." Lux scrambled to add.

"I was worried you had dodged some crime before being a Representative." The golden Spiral fixed her glasses. "Though, you are safe here, even if you did. But I suppose deadlines haunt us all. Say, didn't Equinox want a report soon? How's your part going?"

"Oh! I forgot, that must've been what I've been running from! I should really get on that..." Lux trailed off.
