Reconnaissance Division Head Spy He wears a cover to conceal his eyes, keeping his true elemental affinity shrouded in mystery. He has a long, cackling laugh like a coy hyena, filled with sharp bitterness and hilarity, his hidden eyes lighting up with true amusement when he jeers. His voice takes up a mocking, highly sarcastic and arrogant tone to everyone other than his own commander. He is extremely agile and nimble, able to silently navigate the night and throw off even the most brilliant of trackers. He wears tight garments to prevent any rustling or noise from his apparel. When he makes mistakes, as punishment, he is forced to wear a bell around his ankle that makes it exponentially more difficult to do his job. As a spy, his business is under the careful watch of threats, particularly in the instance of power-hungry tyrants or affiliates who provide supplies and men to them, as well as unjust foreign ambassadors and black market ringleaders. He often masquerades as having a different affiliation, allowing him to gain the faith of others by seeming to be an ally to them. He reports back to Selene with his intel on the happenings of such, and the two advice on if they should take action or ignore the on-goings. When he is discovered as a spy by the enemy, he will unleash his ultimate weapon, his impressively hot bursts of sapphire flame, revealing his true affinity. He's rough on newcomers to his division, and most especially, other spies. He detests having rivals that threaten his role, and he has a fierce competitive drive to overcome any adversaries, even if that means breaking them down mentally until they are forced to flee the order. Despite his egotism, he is extremely hard-working - He's a perfectionist, and extremely passionate about the people that he cares about. He's obsessed with surviving along with those that he wants to protect, and that means taking casualties when anybody gets in the way of his goals. He's dangerous, hostile, and he keeps old grudges, finding it extremely difficult to forgive others.  Selene, Commander Despite how hard she is on him, he seeks to impress Selene. They are more than friends, but less than romantic, they can be best described as domestic partners. Although clingy in his personal life with her, he keeps his distance while on the job.
