Apatura knows when to keep his mouth shut, but never really opens it anyway. He's very quiet when left by himself, or with others, but don't take his quietness as stoicness, however. When he does speak, it's usually lowkey sarcasm. While his mate, Geode is fairly quick to annoy, Apatura usually keeps a level head. A perfect opposite of his mouthy mate.

:BackStory:
Born the only male into a nest of 4, Apatura should've had a lot of attention, but, that's where you'd be wrong. With his older sister always on hunting duty, his twin sister stealing the show, and his baby sister being recently exalted, this boy grew to understand he didn't fit in. He left the nest at a young age, without ever telling his family goodbye. It wasn't long after leaving the Shadow flight he joined the same raid as his now-partner Geode. They were both captured by the Plaguebringer and were left to rot. The Arcanist couldn't stand by and watch them any longer, so he took matters into his own hands. Apatura and Geode were separated for a time after that, but couldn't bear to be apart from the dragon he'd fallen head over tail with. So the quiet, sarcastic, level-headed dragon sought her out.
