Mishka

Mishka is the mysterious mage that resides in the clan. He is one of the few dragons whose magic could rival Elderstone's.
He was from the Ice lands, north of any real civilization, only a small clan. He began to show his powers at a young age, and because of that, his parents were afraid. There had been no true mages in his clan for centuries, so he was abandoned, thought of as cursed.
Through the years, he did survive, due to the fact that he was taken in by a family of wolves.
And so he went, living his life for many years. But something extraordinary happened... When he and the wolves were scavenging nearby a dragon clan, one of the dragons saw him and pulled him away from his canine family. He put up a fight, howling like a wolf and scattering magic spells everywhere. But it was to no avail, for these dragons were even better mages than he.
The dragons in the clan tried to "domesticate" him. But although they had managed to teach him to talk and use magic properly, he just wouldn't socialize or truly be a part of the community. Not only that, but at times he would lash out in anger, like a rabid dog, and use his new magic skills to attack. The members of the clan gave up on him, and he was cast away once more.
He wandered across the realm, no true family anymore. But over the years, he did learn to control his anger. He meditated, and learned to hunt with grace-like precision, instead of savage outbursts. With every expectation to be alone his whole life, he wandered.
Eventually, he came to the Arcane-Plague border. There, he heard someone shout, "Hey, you! Imperial! Come here!" And Mishka obliged, walking toward the stranger. "You look thirsty, and need a rest. Why don't you stay here awhile..." Mishka walked into a giant cave with a stream running through the middle of it. There were other dragons, too, and they weren't staring or gawking at him like so many others had. He suddenly felt at home...
Mishka has decided to stay. He and Elderstone trained everyday, until Elderstone proclaimed, "You are ready..."
As for friends, he became friends with Korben, a new dragon that had recently arrived. He and Korben are as different as night and day, but they both share a common goal: To become masters of magic.
His role in the Clan is to defend its dragons and enchanted rocks.
