Hello. My name is Sundancer. My name comes from my primary duty; I guard over a small stretch of islands off the shores of the Arcane territory. I only fly in the evenings around sundown, as very specific magical properties can be seen during these times. It is my duty to examine and take note of their patterns, and report back to the Arcanist regarding their behavior.

Despite my primary employer being the Arcanist, I occasionally speak with the Lightweaver's disciples as well as those who reside in the Water territory. As my job is widely known to be surveying potentially unstable magical energy, I benefit from a similar privilege to courier dragons, in that any who bother my surveys would face backlash from at least the three previously mentioned flights.

Of course, I take care not to abuse this grace, as my job is very important and I am one of only a few who are qualified to undertake it.
Nothing of note has happened within my lifetime, as of yet...but knowledge of what is considered 'unstable' has been passed down to me from my predecessors. Someday I will train a successor of my own, but not until my life begins to draw to a close.
