Observations & Notes:

Subject #1953 was quick to demonstrate his powers during our initial tests. When he feels threatened, or simply feels the desire to, he is able to seemingly create some sort of "armor" from his scales. Upon testing the subject's creation, it appears that the "scale" is of the same metallic material that he already has, but it is much more durable than usual. While we are not able to come to conclusions as to how it really works, we do know one thing. Unlike his mother and fellow siblings, he does not seem to rely on any form of dirt to use his powers. It is simply from within him.

It should also be noted that he cannot, at least from what we know from recent studies, use his scales as some sort of weapons. Therefore, at this point in time, we would suggest further observation to see if a) he decides to invoke his abilities and b) how his powers will grow.
