An amnesiac dragon of unknown origin, Viola is unable to recall anything prior to losing her memories. After the event that stole her past from her, which she also cannot remember, she became a traveler. She was alone for some time, but eventually came across another like herself, and so the two became unusual travel companions.
Over time, they developed a deep friendship as the duo related to one another, and found that they filled the void of loneliness that the other carried. From the outside, one would have thought she didn't enjoy his company, but her remarks and teases were merely her way of expressing herself.

It ended one day when he vanished, leaving Viola with no clue as to where he went off to. So she was left to travel alone once more, this time seeking her friend. It was during this travel that she came across the Clan and was invited to stay. While she desired to find her missing friend, she had been rather lonely, and decided that she would stay there for the time being; he had gone missing in the region, so it was possible he would turn up.

She now lives in the tailor shop under the three sisters who live there (though only one knows how to sew) and has taken up working there as a new seamstress. While she's managed to learn the craft well, her mouth at the customers is often unwelcome, so she usually stays in the back or remains quiet unless directly spoken to.

Viola is considered odd, to say the least, among the clan members. She's mysterious and quiet, and when she does speak it's hardly anything pleasant. She likes to speak bluntly, and doesn't mind her opinions being made plain, even if they're usually rude. Her mistresses try to discourage this manner of speaking, and though she doesn't like being reprimanded, Viola doesn't make any noticeable efforts to change it. Due to this, she doesn't have many friends. With those close to her she behaves more playfully. Though she taunts, teases, and even name calls, she does so fondly, even if others might think it mean. Despite the way she treats them, she has full love for those who mean something to her, and wishes to not part from them. Since her amnesia she's developed the ability of fortunetelling, something normally known only to the Water Flight. This is due to her pearl being made partially from bluesand agate, which has instilled it with the power to see into the future.
