About
Basalt is not the sort of dragon you would find messing around, or simply having fun. Her idea of a good time is more so competing in a game of chess, which she often finds quite thrilling. However, some activities she loves could be deemed as more adrenaline related. These include things such as hunting large creatures for the clan's monthly feast. But as she is the mate of the leader Onyx, who is very protective over her, her role is unknown. In fact, it is believed she doesn't have a specific assigned role, but more so fills in for others, as her skills are so widespread. Well, that and Onyx
trying his best to keep her from harms way. This behaviour may be because Jade was the original mate of Onyx, and so he is worried of losing Basalt also. Basalt knows this, and tries to keep his mind at rest, although she still knows that he has deep love for his previous mate.
