James is James. No one's quite sure where he came from, or even why, just that he appeared one day out of the blue and instantly started trying to protect Kimberly from what he claimed to be 'a viscious plague flighter trying to do something horrible to her and the nests'.

Nobody's quite had the guts to tell him he walked in on some clan expansion.
