    From a land filled with gold, Sarutahiko always felt slightly out of place. His dark skin, dark attitude and dark familiar was always treated with suspicion, and he grew to hate the sneers, side-looks and hissed insults. When his lighter tertiary colours started to grow in, the mocking grew worse, and accusations of using magic to blend in were made on a near daily basis.

    Unwilling to tolerate the constant bullying the skydancer fled as soon as he managed to gather enough gold, leaving his clan behid and entering the Tangled Wood. But again he faced segregation, the vibrant red of his wings and now bright circuit patterns causing him to stand out. His sancuary turned into something just as bad as his previous home, and on the brink of desperation, Sarutahiko flew west.

    Unused to the harsh environment of the Scarred Wasteland, he would have perished had a clan not found him. They took him in, listened to his sorrow, and offered a place he could reside should he wish. This kindness surprised the skydancer, and through the course of several trialling months, he could not imagine living anywhere else. Now he resides as the clan's enchanter, utilising beautiful jewlery and immbuding it with magic to protect, hinder, and hide. (The last enchantment being particuarly useful in his more... dangerous side job.)
