Biography
With her gentle touch and quiet voice, Famere is never one to lead the conversation. She tends to watch and wait, only saying things if she has thought them through carefully and knows that this is exactly what she wants to convey. She is the chief familiar caretaker, making sure that all the young dragons are feeding and exercising their familiars regularly, as well as deciding who might appreciate which familiar best. Sometimes, it seems as if she even understands what those without language are saying, and her loving care is perfectly suited to the job.

Famere earned her choker simply for doing her job. She had gone to the Auction House and come home with a few miths fluttering about her, and in her usual quiet manner she gave them to whoever she thought would best take care of them. Brer was surprised when she presented him with a cinder mith, but a few days later Famere found the choker set out at the entrance to her den. She doesn't draw attention to it, but she does notice that, even when he can't express himself much to others, Brer often talks to the mith, sitting in a patch of sun just before it goes down, so that the light catches orange on both his tawny yellow hide and his mith's bright fur. She considers it a symbol of a job well done.
