Yeoung doesn't mean to be unkind. The betrayal of the woman he loved all but destroyed his faith in dragonkind. The only person he had tender feelings towards since then was his daughter, Aurietta. So unlike either of her parents, Auri lit up the lives of everyone around her. When she left the clan in a perhaps misguided attempt to find her mother, what was left of Yeoung's heart went with her. Now, he prefers the company of dead things, and awaits his dear daughter's return.
