Biography
Muse had only recently grown into adulthood before her clan had encountered a bit of a problem: the food surplus was starting to diminish, and while there was still enough to feed the whole group, time would come when they would need to start continually hunting to sustain themselves. To alleviate this, the clan decided to send away some of its occupants, especially those that dined in insects. Muse did not want to be sent out after only being here for such a short time (plus, she was brought here as a hatchling, and remembers little of her birth home), so she asked if the clan can spare a breed change scroll. Plants were a lot more abundant here than all other types, as there were few that consumed it.
The clan gave her some treasure, but she had to go elsewhere to earn more in order to afford the scroll. Thankfully, Lightning runs in her blood, and her ethic was widely recognised along with her talent in divination. She soon managed to save up for a Pearlcatcher scroll, and then when the change was done, she picked up her crystal ball as her makeshift pearl. With the clan considerably lessened compared to before, the food shortage became less of a issue, and Muse decided to dedicate more time to practicing fortunes.
The icy skin she dons is actually just aesthetic. She claims that it helps her look the part, but they are actually a side effect to the magical crystal ball she holds. The chains and shackles are something she chose herself.
