Observations & Notes: Subject #5724 has displayed abilities similar - though thankfully, not as potent - as his fathers', Subject #5899 [Rah], and a subtlety very like his mothers' Subject #8534 [Zorya]. The result is that while we are certain he has powers, we are rather in the dark - if you'll pardon the pun - about the extent of them.

We know he can summon balls of light, but they lack the intensity, size, or destructive power of Rah's solar globes. They flicker and move, blink in and out, fade and shift - as if he's perpetually surrounded by a number of excitable fireflies.

Tests show that they give off nothing more excessive than natural body heat, for which we are grateful - especially considering these sparkling spheres are always with him. We've noted that their numbers increase when he is excited or agitated, and decrease when he is calm or tired.

His secondary ability is also tied with light, though not in the way we've come to expect of Suncatchers. Indeed, Subject #5724's light - which starts in his runes and pearl but gradually extends to surround his body in a glowing white-gold aura - relies on darkness to be seen.

When exposed to a normal amount of light, whether it's indoors or out, his glow is faint to the point of being undetectable. However, at night, in a dark room, or at dusk, his glow is immediate and powerful.

At this time we are unsure what other capabilities he has, either with the powers we've seen or ones yet hidden from us. Further supervision is recommended, and all changes should be noted as he grows and develops.
