Ability: Great Stregnth
Job: Training up the young ones and teaching how to hunt and fight. She also raises the even littler ones (nurses them, ect) until they can take care of themselves
Personality: Protective, like most guardians. Her charge is her mate, the clan leaders' son, though don't let him know. She's very kind and motherly, though has a hard time explaining herself clearly. She usually raises the young ones that are brought in the clan if they are still not yet at the age where they cannot take care of themselves. And it is them who really understand Mei; as well as her mate his parents. Most of the other dragons make sure to keep out of her way, as she always has that harsh undertone in her voice and is a tough fighter. Her favourite activity is fighting monsters with her mate and training and fighting with the younger dragons.
History: Mei left of her Search at a much younger age than other dragons. She was the only one born the year she was, and had no siblings to accompany her when her time came, so she left early with the older generation of guardians when it was their turn to be sent off.
Like her father, and his before, she set off with the group on a set path. They were to walk that path and told only to leave once they'd found their charge. However, like all young ones, the group grew curious of the open world before them and they dispersed quickly. Mei wandered for only a short time before she found her charge. It happened by chance, as she had fallen ill and Mei needed a place to rest. She heard voices in the distance and flew over. It was a newly formed clan! Well, a clan might not be the best word for it, for it was a lone couple with 3 eggs. But they were alone, so they couldn't be part of any clan around the area. She was about to continue on her way to the Tangled Wood when one of the eggs twitched. This one seemed to glow, not visually, but in her mind. She didn't want it to get hurt, and then she knew, that was what she'd been looking for. That egg was her Charge. She tried to steal the egg so she herself could take care of it, fearing the new couple might not be careful enough with it, but she got caught. She vowed to fight tooth a claw for that egg, but the sickness took over and she lost conscious, losing the egg to the parents once more. When she awoke, the two dragons were looking after her, and promised her the hand of the dragon yet to be born, as long as she chose to follow the Lightweaver and serve the clan. She eventually joined the clan and that child that hatched from the egg became her mate. They had many children and are very close.
