Namesake: means "strong, vigorous" / also a Roman emperor known for his cruelty

Company employee

Inspired by a family history of scientists, Nero came to the Shifting Expanse with a plan to work for Stormcatcher. He claims this clan is a temporary stop, but we'll see about that.
