"If that's all you have, you're dismissed,"

Despite her looks (at first glance, you might not even think she was intimidating at all) - Vira is easily the scariest of the four department heads, with an exceedingly no-nonsense, bordering on cutthroat nature that belies her every word. While those within her department tend to respect her, others outside often don't understand. As the head of Information Managment, Vira takes the secrets of the Reverie exceedingly seriously - a mindset that put her in good graces with Naret and Rosanne. However, she doesn't seem to have the ambition of those two women - more a set of convictions. Vira has strong opinions, and leads her section with little room for nonsense.

Vira insists that everyone within Information Management knows how to defend themselves - even if they're doing something as simple as logging star positions. Her section boasts assasins and spies right alongside librarians - which, coupled with Vira's sometimes overbearing nature, often leaves people somewhat nervous about what exactly she wants to do with those assassins. That said, whatever they are doing, they're doing well - because nobody seems to know who the targets are.
