Observations & Notes: Subject #7873 did not immediately display any remarkable abilities. When this threatened to continue, we began to run further tests, which seemed to either agitate or excite him. The result was an icy wind that pushed all researchers away from him, and an almost invisible shield of ice forming in front of him.

No one was harmed in this display of ability, but we learned to approach him with care and caution. Luckily, he seems quite obliging once the reason for a certain test or measurement is explained to him first.

His abilities are similar to his father's, Subject #6539 [Odysseus], in that they are protective in nature. At first he could only protect himself, but it was a matter of hours before he could encase his sibling in an icy bubble and the better part of a day before his powers extended to anyone in the facility.

He has a proud, honorable nature and cannot tolerate seeing anyone in distress. Unfortunately, his youth makes his control unreliable, and he has a hard time distinguishing between someone being briefly startled and in genuine danger. Needless to say, the facility has been a windy place since his arrival.
