Evalyn

Personality: The nicest person you could ever meet. She was an angel of kindness and that can continued though her life. She tries to find the good in everything and will readily give people multiple chances. Evalyn is a very motherly person, not only to her own children but anyone she grows attached to. She works hard to always have a gentle smile and open arms for anyone who needs her. She prefers the simpler things in life, enjoying time with family over going to fancy galas or political events. Evalyn doesn't show off her abilities or her features, selecting simpler clothes and keeping her wings close to her body rather than letting them standout.

Hobbies: Evalyn enjoys baking and can often be found in the kitchen working on all manner of treats. It is a task she takes pride in, loving when others can enjoy her creations. She will bake at times when she feels down as a way to cheer herself up. When she is unable to bake she will do cross stitching or embroidery. The needlepoint gives her an opportunity to be creative without having the needed kitchen space available for baking. She will mostly work on small crafts, the few larger ones she takes on given as gifts for big life events.

Appearance: Evalyn has very soft features. Her expression is gentle and kind. Large, round eyes with a short rounded nose. Her eyes are a beautiful bright shade of purple, resembling amethysts. Her skin is fair with warm undertones and light rosy cheeks. Her lips are a bit on the small side, but curve into a beautiful smile. Evalyn is slightly shorter than average, the rest of her features on the verge of plain if not considered average by human standards. She is extremely light weight to allow for flight. The most notable feature are her wings. They are large yet light and pure black. They stand as a stark contrast to her personality and the rest of her appearance. Over her head floats her halo. The once shining gold circle is now tainted black with small wreaths of black flame dancing along the upper edge. The flames stay fairly low with spots of purple flashing in the center of the larger flames before they fall away.

Hair: Golden chestnut brown in color. Hair is very long, hanging usually to her knees or longer. It is held in braids to help keep it from tangling or getting caught. The strands are fine and carry a soft wave which is more pronounced from the braiding. Due to the length her hair is often styled with elaborate braids fit for her queenly title. Jewelry, feathers, flowers, and other items are placed within the braids during the process. These items are selected to match or compliment the dress that she would be wearing that day.

Dress: (While not acting Queen) Prefers simple clothes that are light and easy to move in. Knee length or longer skirts and dresses are a staple in her closet. Blouses remain simple, often paired with a light earthy toned cardigan. Spends her time in flats or with a very small heel. Her wardrobe palette is earthy and pale tones, often seen in pink, blue, and lavender with cream or tan to round everything out. When like this her hair is kept far simpler, braids still the preferred method to keep it contained. Any hair accessories are simple, mostly headbands, clips, or small flowers.

(While in her role as Queen) Hailing from the Pride Kingdom she is watched closely within the fashion elite. The majority of her clothes are in varying shades of purple, most centered around the deep royal purple of her kingdom. The royal family has a personal designer who makes each garment to be unique pieces meant to only wear once or twice before retiring. Demon fashion is often highly revealing and detailed at the same time. Expensive jewels and metals are used to decorate the form rather than to cover. Evalyn requires a certain level of modesty due to her angelic background. Her chest and nether regions must be fully covered, any overly sheer or holed fabric or metals are rejected. The rest of the design is a mesh of demon and her own values.

The back of her dresses are almost always left open or with slits to allow her to have her wings displayed. Her wings are decorated to compliment her gowns as well, often with fine metal filigree or delicate chains and gems. The dresses are made with lightweight, flowing materials to allow for flight. Beading, filigree, feathers, lace, jewels and many other fine materials are incorporated into her public appearance and private gala gowns. Her appearance is meant to compliment her husband and stand out among the rest of the queens.
