Biography
Mate: Siebold
Friends: Hinehou, Aura, Bridget, Ximena
Personality: Although she’s okay now, Magikarp has had some confidence issues in the past. After trying to train in battle but ultimately failing, her self-confidence took a huge hit. However, she’s moved on and learned from her mistakes, and realizes that she wasn’t meant to be a fighter, and instead one of the best lookouts in the lair.
Story: Throughout her early life, Magikarp never really felt like she belonged anywhere. Her birth clan sent her away at a young age to join a different Clan, as they chose to let family members make their own paths. Magikarp wandered into Plague territory after staying in another Clan for a while, and the now fully-grown dragon was disgusted by it. Although she wasn’t a plague dragon, she managed to shield herself from the disease by using her tail to cover her mouth and nose. She happened upon the lake and decided to try to find some dragons to point her towards the Water territory, where she was hoping to find a home. She instead happened upon a torn and battered Clan, a lair tense with war. Magikarp wondered what was wrong and decided to help. She asked the stand-in leader, Cosmos, if she could join, saying that she just wanted to help out. Cosmos agreed, though she and the rest of the Clan were worried that Magikarp was a spy. Magikarp, however, took helping the Clan seriously and even fought with them during the second battle. However, she soon changed her mind about battling. She saw the brutality of war to its fullest, and how desperate everybody was to get water. After witnessing the deaths of ElectricBlue and Lemon, she made a decision: to try and get the four Clans to stop fighting. Before she could ask Cosmos permission to leave, DreamEater had stepped her way up the ladder to leadership. Magikarp was hesitant to fornally ask her if she could leave, as she just met her and she didn’t want to leave a bad impression. Instead, she chose to go out by herself and return to the Clan soon. She found a cave where another Clan was settling, and allowed the guards to bring her inside. She pleaded the case to Draconia, the Clan’s leader. Draconia didn’t listen to her, but her second-in-command Nanami told Magikarp that she could stay for a few nights. It was at this time that Magikarp met Siebold, another young dragon who was trying to pursue peace. The two became good frjends, and the few days Magikarp was supposed to stay turned into weeks, and then months. After the war, she and Siebold became mates and got the chance to raise the family that they always wanted, free of war and violence.
