On Farris request, his family acted as the host to a grand ball and dance organized by the Navigator Guild of Merchants. After renting the large Levitos Ballroom, Farris and his family received dragons of many clans from all over the Sea of a Thousand Currents. This had been the first time Elena and Maria could interact with dragons from other clans and they were both very excited and interested in spending time with their guests.

Sadly, a gigantic Wave Sweeper broke into the place at night, when only his two daughters were in, and took his eldest child, Maria, away, gravely injuring Elena in the process, to the point she nearly died trying to keep it from taking her sister.

It took a lot of investigation as well as exploring the Levitos Sweeper's den to finally locate Maria. The Sweeper put up a great fight but it was finally defeated. Thanks to the help of the guests, Maria was brought back home safely by Farris and his newly made allies. After being saved by so many dragons, Maria became very sensitive to other who may need help. She took to herself the job of journalist, interviewing dragons around Porto and writting down their complains and taking them to the public. She cannot stand seing someone in danger, and will always try to help others in need.
