Once a distinguished prince in line for the title of monarch of his Clan, Iqubo chose to abandon his inheritance - passing his place as heir to a younger sibling and leaving his Clan of birth for somewhere new. Perhaps it was the strict adherence to duty that drove him away - his main flaw is his laziness, especially when someone else expects him to do something. He was also unlucky enough to be in a Clan where not many dragons were trans, and the frequent misgendering from even well-intentioned dragons irritated him on the daily. He is happier in Shifuna's Clan, where things are relaxed and the Clan is gender diverse. Iqubo is considered very handsome and has been the subject of many a dragon's crush in the Clan.
