Name meaning: Praeceptio means "preconception" or "prejudice" in Latin
Patriarch of the clan. One of the original Band of Six. Pair bonded with Superbia. Fiercely loyal to his clan and his family, an attentive and doting parent.
Fun fact: he is currently the only dragon named Praeceptio on all of Flight Rising!
