Personality: Cetar's heart is in tune with winter winds and cool sun of the Southern Icefield. She is basically a child of her true element and lands of ice, and nothing makes her happier than flying in the cold sky. Other dragons usually notice her wisdom, unexpected due to youth. But cleverness of Cetar doesn't prevent her talent to allure, and she usually usess it in her own interests, like manipulating or convincing others to make thoughtful decisions.
