Once a queen, now an outcast

Zariel was once a grand and beautiful queen from lands many a thousand miles from here. Though now, she is a ruthless thief and assassin. What happened, that caused her fall? Her traitorous brother, Axel is to blame. It was his jealousy that got her banished and nearly killed from her own kingdom.
She was the oldest and only sister to Axel, who was her only young brother. They both were the young of the royalty in their kingdom, though they both had a shot at being the future leader. Over time, Zariel proved her worth: She was intelligent in every aspect, calm and kind in every situation, very generous to all, and excellent in battle, from being strong to agile, she had it all. Her only flaw was that she could be quite impulsive sometimes, but she somehow managed to get herself out of any trouble. Her brother was quite the same really, though the one important thing he lacked was kindness. Sometimes, he would be extremely rude and just outright horrible to everyone. Thus, when their parents couldn't lead anymore, Zariel was crowned the Queen. She brought even greater prosperity to her kingdom than what her already wonderful parents had brought. This brought anger boiling through Axel's veins. So he devised a plan to take her crown.
Each day he would go down to the black markets and buy evil mixtures and potions. These would cause hallucinations, drowsiness, or anger. He would mix them in with her food and drinks, until rumors began to spread. Then, the one day he gave her some of the anger elixir, her guards caught a thief they had been chasing since her parents reign. Without even giving the thief a chance, she slaughtered him on the spot. This shocked her subjects, many not trusting her anymore. It wasn't the fact that she killed the thief, but how she killed him, which was horrible. She was then escorted back to her castle, where a healer began watching over her. Her brother, feeling victory close in, became too careless. When she went in to have her meal, she saw Axel pour in the black liquid. Zariel wasn't an idiot on any level, and could tell what poison looked like when she saw it. Fury filled her, realizing that it was her own brother that had been causing her all of these problems. Though, some of her anger was still fueled by the potion. They both fought, loud and hard. Her now old and weak parents heard the commotion and came in to intervene. Zariel was blinded by her rage, and thus she killed her parents without even realizing who they were. After their bloody and gruesome fight, she came out victorious, and thus her brother was dead, along with her father and mother. Her fellow dragons wouldn't listen to her reasoning as they found their bodies, seeing as for the past year she had been off. So her council had sentenced her to death for killing her beloved parents and her "innocent" brother. Before they could do anything though, she fled, flying off into the dark. And so she left her kingdom, feeling betrayed and guilty, and more than anything, hurt.
Over time her sadness was replaced with toughness as she went through her life. She closed herself off, not letting any other get to her. She became stronger, both mentally and physically. Many surrounding kingdoms learned of what she did, so she fought bloody fights to finally get away and find some sort of peace here, in a Mighty Lair of the Mirrorlight Promenade.
She is now an assassin, not afraid to kill anyone. Though do not mistake her for any assassin, for she is still very noble and would never lay a claw on an innocent. She is very distant from all the other dragons, her plentiful kindness shelled away. Yet some dragons have come to her for aid, and stayed with her, forming a clan of sorts. If you somehow gain what is left of her trust, you can see what she was like before the tragedy struck her. Her familiar is all she has left of her past, which is Hati. When alone, these two play around like they did when they both were but a few weeks old.
