Arctica

Known as the Oracle of the North, Arctica is a warrior that uses her prophetic powers to her advantage. She was a common soldier in the Frostclaw army, but she was recruited into the Frost Fangs, and quickly became one of it's most prominent and powerful members. She stands now at their role model for their expectations for performance and ability.

She was send to Grugru's clan as a peace offering, and was designated to breed with Plum, a carrier of a rare gene.Of her two children, only her son, Icefire, carried an Opal gene. Her daughter, however, inherited her mother's glimmer gene, and has almost the same coloring as her father.

She was then sent back with her son, Icefire, while her daughter stayed with their father.

She wears a tail feather that means that she will never have a real mate until she gives up her duty, and that means that she will act as a peace maker between different clans of dragons.

She will now breed with Hailstorm, to provide an illegitimate heir, to rule by Royaldusk's side, as his half sister.

Now her duties are changing. With Royaldusk no longer able to take the throne, a new heir must be chosen. She will await the command of the Queen of the Brightshine Isle, Firestorm.

The Queen has spoken. She was to produce heirs for the Elderwyrm Winter, who was from the time of the old King. However, age was a number to dragons, and Winter was kind, if still invested in someone else.

Perhaps Arctica could make this work.

With more time passing, Arctica saw that her services for the elderwyrm were no longer needed. Snowflight was able to take her place, and the Queen had brought a hatchling in, covered head to toe with exotic patterns. He held the same patterns as her, and the Queen hath ordered the continuation of his line.

Perhaps this will be the time to take the feather off.
