The clan's liaison to dragons in water territory.
Rill lives in the sun-dappled ponds and rivers upstream of the waterfall that marks the boundary of the Sunbeam Ruins and the Sea of a Thousand Currents. The Amber City does not currently have many ties with water clans, so Rill's primary duty is to ease relations with Maren trading outposts along the clan's borders. Rill's efforts have allowed a small jewelry industry to develop within the city that exports local Maren-crafted shellwork to landlocked regions.
Rill is the youngest dragon to take the title of liaison. He lived with a school of open-minded Maren as an adolescent and gained their trust; his connections to Maren trade guilds combined with a shrewdness and charisma belied by his age allowed his appointment to his current position.
