Epistaxis is a money-loving, greedy dragon, capable of going to insane lengths to acquire his wealth. He prefers dealing with numbers and with dragons, and he's exceptionally good with both. Despite his admittedly grotesque appearance, though fitting for the nickname he's been given, Epistaxis’ deep voice is incomprehensibly smooth and flowing—his words being enough to put others into a near trance-like state. He can pull your attention away from the eyes staring at you from his wings and under his tunic to the ones fixed into his skull, and like that—your treasure is safely in his claws before you can even realize what's happened. He's a drake of legend, the eerily gentle clinking of his chimes and the uncharacteristically soft tap-tap-tapping of his claws upon hard stone are a well-known cliche for the Imperial.
