BACKSTORY
Growing up, Papyrus was the runt of his clan. Tiny, he was able to get into many different crawl spaces, and he found comfort in the dark and crowded spaces he wiggled his way into. When it was time for him to begin choosing a trade to learn so that he may one day have a profession of his own, he wanted something along the veins of his particular hobby. However, contortioning himself did not always come with the same comfort that he sought. He kept trying various jobs, and eventually he found himself studying to become a librarian. 		tumblr_ozikpylWqZ1uhloj5o1_250.png
Never before has there been a librarian so eager when a child dropped something between hard to move shelves, or when there was dusting to be done in the nooks and crannies. As a trainee and then an apprentice, Papyrus was considered oddly enthusiastic about the strangest things. But his enthusiasm took him a long way, and, eventually, he was able to go out and be the head librarian for a library in the Nightrage Drag. The Head Librarian for the school was no small task, and he cherished it dearly. Even if the students seemed wary of him for how often he was be covered in dust and cobwebs, or how he could pop up from and disappear into thin air.

CURRENT ARC
With the Nightrage Drag members captured and the actual kingdom destroyed,
Papyrus hesitates to think of what has become of his library. Of the books that he was pried from. Of the students that hadn't made it.
There isn't much else to think of, however. The cell he shares with far too many others is too small. There is no comfort in the size when it's forced and unescapable. There's nowhere else to go. Nothing to do but think of their impending doom. But he remains in denial. The cell walls are too small for him to fit through only now. One day he'll get out. He'll help his kingdom. They'll be free once more.
