'Si vis pacem, para bellum'-- Vegetius (adapted): 'If you want peace, prepare for war.'

The warleader of the lair, Sivi has spent much of her lifetime either in battle, or working to ensure, as best she can, that those who follow after her will be free to live peaceable lives. This battle-scarred 'old harpy' (a nickname few are welcomed to use) looks as though she's been through her share of combat and several other dragons' worth besides. She's imposing, in spite of her smaller size, through sheer force of personality and well-earned respect. Her durable battle gear and an extensive stitching of old and new scars across her hide don't hurt her image either.

Sivi's intricate battle armor serves double duty: As protection in combat, and to compensate for all the battle damage she's received over the years. With her gear, she's a fearful force to be reckoned with; without it, her damaged limbs and ruined claws make her as awkward as a hatchling just out of the egg. Understandably, Sivi is seldom seen without her battle gear these days.

Sivi's black war wolf companion always walks on her more damaged right side. This has led others to believe she has some loss of vision in her scarred right eye, and uses the well-trained wolf to make up for the loss. They're right about the wolf, but in fact her eye is fine, it's her hearing that's weaker on the right after an old injury. But the ever-cagey Sivi prefers to let the misapprehension stand.

History: Sivi 'retired' and accompanied several dragons leaving her old lair, after her protégé took her place there, to allow him to carry on without her forever looking over his shoulder. Well-- that is to say-- she intended to retire. Battle-damaged though she is, it didn't take her long to learn that a life away from the battlefield doesn't suit her. Finding a newly forming lair whose mostly young defenders were in need of an experienced old warrior, Sivi promptly stepped back into her old role.

[Obviously, she's meant to be a great deal older than her actual hatch day suggests. Roll with it! :)

My original plan was to buy a Snapper morph scroll for her someday, but I like her so much as a Skydancer 'steampunk cyborg' that I keep putting it off. Ideal for her would be Light or Fire eyes, but 'war face red' works for me.

Needs a compatible open-faced helmet that matches her gear. So far, I haven't seen one.]
