Lore Blurb
Wisteria had always been the smallest of her family. She had been rather well known for taking advantage of her size, spinning nests that only she could fit inside to ensure none would take it from her. When she was sent to find her own lair, she oddly headed south to find a home within the lands of the Ice flight. Many Fae rather prefer warmer climates, but Wisteria loved the simplistic beauty of the snow. A smaller nest, as she was an expert at weaving, would stay warm longer and warm faster while she stayed within it.

She flew until she found a large cavernous system in the Snowsquall Tundra, hidden deep within a grove of fir trees and sanctioned from the rest of the lands by a frigid river. It offered her the privacy she desired for her den. With the harsh landscapes surrounding her lair and the trees to cradle the caves, it would be free from thieves and those who might try to steal her den.

Wisteria eagerly flew inside to take stock of the caverns, only to find the roof glittering with golden threads. Tucked between stalactites was a rather robust system of chambers woven by another Fae. Curious, she nervously flew to the entrance and checked for a fresh scent of an occupant. She blinked when she found hardly a lingering mark of life. Just to ensure that it had been abandoned, she called out to any who may live within the caves.

"Is this den taken," she asked, her small voice bouncing off the walls and growing in size until she winced and covered her her ears.

Once her echoes faded away, she found no other answer. Smiling to herself, she quickly climbed inside of the golden nest as settled in. "Then I guess it's mine," she chirped gleefully. She grew serious as she stared at the entrance of the cave. "Though...the last occupant may have met an unfortunate end." Her mind quickly flashed with images of terrible beasts with gleaming eyes and snapping fangs before she shook her head and cleared them from her thoughts. "Just to be safe, maybe I should modify this nest to be smaller... I should make the cave harder to find, too."

She quickly set to work in weaving more, creating hundreds of beautiful amber threads before she solidified the preexisting walls and shrank the opening to her new nest until only she could fit inside. Daylight trickled away until only the stars remained. By then, Wisteria had finally finished. She peered out at the cave opening with pride at her handiwork. Tomorrow, she would begin camouflaging her new lair.

The silence was broken by the sound of heavy footsteps. The Fae froze as a looming figure stumbled upon the cave entrance. A broad head swung inside as the stranger took in the cave.

"H-Hello," the voice said, low and shaking. "Is anyone there?"
