As do many dragon lairs, the Star Clan maintains a shrine to their deity in one section of their cave. Copal is the priestess of their Arcane shrine, maintaining the alcove and offering guidance to any who come to her. She makes sure a fine incense is always burning when she is present, and that the flowers on the stone altar and decorating the space are always fresh. She spends much of her time here meditating, divining, and counseling her clanmates. She often travels into the Observatory to consult the Arcanist's extensive library and sometimes even asking questions of the Arcanist himself, though he is a bit difficult to get focused.

Copal also directs the clan's Starfall Celebration ceremonial activities. The entire clan feels a great affinity for the Wind flight since the Star Clan's progenitors were hatched there, so they think nothing of having a Wind dragon leading their Starfall rituals and ceremonies. Her familiar finds it interesting to assist in these endeavors, as the Aries finds the incense smoke reminiscent of the view of the Twisting Crescendo from Cloudsong.
