In order to set a shining example to all of you about how devoted and responsible I am to this shop, I will publish a shining example for all your CVs to follow.
This section is where you explain to the hiring committee (yours truly) about how awesome you are, and why you should totally work here. For example I, Rodimus, am truly exceptional. Besides being darkly handsome, extremely charismatic, and a caring employer, I am also incredibly modest.
And of course, I'm applying to the role of Captain, because I am just too great for anything else.

TheEvilTwin: Rodimus would tell you he's the fiery, heroic clan patriarch, and that he's one day 'gonna go down in history, you'll see'.

Everyone else would tell you he's a brown tundra who should not be able to name his own children.
They passed a vote on this, and 89/167 voted that under no circumstances should Rodimus be able to name his own kids. Unfortunately for them, he has begun naming everyone else's hatchlings instead, resulting in lot of teenage angst and voluntary exaltation.

The clan is unsure where they found 167 dragons to vote on the matter.
