1754.png Toa was a scrappy nocturne hatchling. She followed her parents through the shrieking wilds and learned from them everything she needed to survive in the jungle. How to use the rough terrain to her advantage, how to use her flashy golden wings to distract in a fight, how to win. It wasn't long before her parents apprenticed her off to another dragon, hoping that she would calm down and be less confrontational. It didn't work as planned.
The dragon she was apprenticed under was not a bad dragon, even Toa would admit. But her limbs were filled with boundless energy and mapmaking required so much to be sitting still, and only moving one part of her. Though her parents were also mapmakers, they were explorers first and she envied them and their travels. Finally, finally though, the mapmaker took her out, to show her how to chart paths she'd later write down. 1251.png
14445.png This trip was what helped her the most, and finally connected both sides of the same coin. The stillness of etching paper with the excitement of exploration. She finally relaxed afterwards, always looking forward for another chance to create the map. Now, if her master could just convince her not to get into a sparring match with everyone she meets, then that would just be fantastic. She is a spicy.
