Biography
Inventory:
Ichor had always been different. He was born as the only child of the litter that had yellow scales and no red pigments on his body, unlike his siblings. His parents didn't mind this until they realised that something was off about their child. He never spoke to any of the other dragons in the clan and failed miserably at potionmaking or even just healing a small wound. After a while, they figured out that Ichor wasn't fit to live on his family's path, so they slowly started excluding him from the family. He was devastated when he realised, and ran away in shame.
The honeycolored Pearlcatcher traveled far and wide for a long time, never able to stay at the same place for too long. Ichor didn't know what he wanted anymore. He had no future, no talent, no identity. After a lot of soul searching, he settled down and tried beekeeping after an old, wise oracle convinced him to. This turned out to be what he had truly been looking for his whole life, and finally knew who he was as he took care of his small, striped friends.
Times were hard in the honey- and beekeepingbusiness, so in order to keep his bee farm up and running Ichor also started work as a royal guard for extra credit. After enrolling, he was placed under Patches' care so he could recieve the right coaching. They spent countless hours together in the arena, fighting and working perfectly together side by side. It was as if almost they were made for each other.
Even though Ichor professionally referred to Patches as 'commander', the two of them were actually way closer than others would think at first sight. It didn't come as a surprise to anyone, really; Ichor always clinged to Patches, and Patches fell in love with the honey Pearlcatcher fast. There was a lot of mutual pining between them until they blurted out their love for each other simultaneously at a cold winter's night shift.
Neither of them had told the other about their shared attraction up until that point, as Ichor thought it'd be awkward since Patches had lost his wife and firstborn recently back then and Patches feared rejection from the other guard.
Their relationship was clumsy at first; they weren't used to being able to be so open to someone as they could now. They had a lot to work out. It wouldn't be a overstatement to say alot of their nights were spent talking and
