One would assume, given Jiilyaa's tattered wings and copious scars, that she's a stereotypically savage Plague dragon who seeks the thrill of battle.
One would be wrong. Preferring a simple life of living off the land to fighting, Jiilyaa long ago gave up on any call to arms. She spends most of her time nowadays rooting around the dirt of Dragonhome, looking for fossils or other rare finds, not particularly caring if her old clan would think this was unglamorous. She's had enough of the rabidly violent mentality that plagued some of the more hardcore clans - no, cults - of her youth. |

The dragons Jiilyaa left behind in the Scarred Wasteland would be shocked if they could see her now - and the very occasional familiar face she sees generally is astonished. She settled down for... this? A life raising livestock and children?
To which she would grin menacingly until they dropped the subject or left. Preferably the latter. As it turns out, Jiilyaa's ideal life is a quiet one raising rambra. She usually sticks near her flock, but when she's away, her spirit of earth, Breaker, keeps the others safe and in line until Jiilyaa returns. |

As a clan-less nomad, raising Kpaaji was almost unbearably hard. Kpaaji wouldn't have it any other way - after all, what doesn't kill him makes him stronger, right?
Jiilyaa, meanwhile, feels a lot of regret for not being able to give Kpaaji a more normal childhood. She's worried he grew up too fearless. She may be stubborn, but she knows how to be strategic. He... doesn't. |

At first, Jiilyaa had no idea what to make of Mosaic. He was so... different than what she'd expected Kpaaji to want. But as time went on, she began to appreciate his calm influence om Kpaaji, figuring they were just a case of opposites attracting. And he's kept her son safe. That means the world to her. |
