The whole Clan sees them as their Leader. The seldom do or even say anything but if they do order something, it will be executed as fast and as good as possible and the whole Clans energy is summoned.

Only members of the council ever heard him speak, and he seems fairly absent while doing so. They say his Mind is wandering around the world like the moon wanders the sky.

Whenever any dragon, not part of the council enters their rooms, star seems to be asleep. No one really knows if she ever opened her eyes, and they say if you look in them you will go mad and try to fly up to the stars in the sky.

If you ever saw the council, you saw Sun first. It almost seems as if she glows from within, but without emitting any light. If you didn't know it any better, you'd think she darkens the drakness and obscures the eclipse.

If any member of the council ever spoke to you, it was Cloud. His Words seem to be in your head before he spoke them. His voice pierces your body and hits right into your soul. He looks into your eyes and you feel, as if even the slightest mistake you ever made, was brought right before him, and he judges you for them.

 		The One that is made of Blood
She isn't a member of the Council as the others are. She would leave the rooms of the council and bring them their food. She's the one that cares for their physical wellbeing. Orders of lower priority - like the order to relocate the Clan - will be brought through her.
