About
Beri is a hard-working woman, who runs a shooting range that fronts for an assassin's business. She keeps her finances neat and tidy, and ready to burn quickly if the government comes snooping around. She treats the assassin's she employs as her kids, and is constantly stressing out when they do idiotic things.

She is a nurturing woman who is presented to many as capable and strong, and extremely motherly. She hides her more adventurous side around her kids, so many of them don't know her fondness for letting loose and having a good time every so often. She is often very patient, but when she gets tired she gets very short tempered and crabby.

Beri froze in the middle of cleaning her gun as Strafe and Kole stumbled through the door. She took in the blood on their clothes, and sighed. "What did you guys do?" She shook her head and set her gun to the side, bustling into the back room to grab a medical kit. Strafe and Kole followed her in, and Beri could see that Strafe was propping his boyfriend up.

"The idiot got into a knife fight." Strafe growled, thumping Kole lightly on the head. Kole grumbled in protest, "look at him! With all those gangly limbs I'm impressed he managed to make it out!" Beri could hear the stress and concern in Strafe's voice, and she tugged her dark dreadlocks into a ponytail as she lay the kit out.

"Put him on the table." Beri helped Strafe as they lifted Kole onto the table, blood seeping from hastily patched up wounds. "Strafe, I need you to take a deep breath and help me. Nothing looks too bad, kiddo. He should be fine."

Strafe took a shaky breath and nodded his head, following her instructions quickly as she stitched up the wounds. She shook her head as Kole grinned weakly, cracking jokes to relieve Strafe's stress. She smiled, relieved that Kole was alright, but also angry at his idiocy.

Oh well, the pain he would suffer through for the next few days would teach him a lesson. Her expression was fond as Strafe and Kole left, and she leaned back onto the counter of her gun range, noting down expenses used in her neat accounting book.

With that done, she returned peacefully to the gun and started the process of cleaning it again.
