October

There is nothing quite like watching October barreling through the sky at maximum velocity. While Tessarin and Impulse can run along the ground the scout the perimeter, October takes to the sky, flying high over the clan's territory and beyond, to keep an eye out for anything unusual. She'll circle above at such fast speeds, it's amazing she can even observe anything below her.

Her personality can be quite childish and goofy, but she's very good at directing the other scouting dragons by telling them what to do and where to go. By having more eyes in the sky at once the scouts have aided the clan more times to count, spotting messengers and enemies alike before they arrive. Her own sensitive, large eyes help her perception above the clan territory.

She sometimes acts as a spy, to fly above enemy clans and observe their movements. (But that job doesn't suit her as well because she is so excitable).

October is maddeningly in love with Ashghost. The two of them spend so much time together that Kokiri constantly has to force them apart so that they can get to work.

It is said that when dragons loyal to Arcane die, the ones who were speedy and inspiring and honorable in life, such as October (or Geiger, and Tessarin and Impulse), will become comets and shooting stars after death.
