there's also Penumbra (Wildclaw) and Kemurikage (Guardian). Kemurikage is a guardian spirit from a small forest in the Tangled Woods. Penumbra once got lost in it, and the friendly Shadow guardian helped her find her way back. Unfortunately for the spirit, who thought the wildclaw was just ditzy, Penumbra kept coming back under the pretense of getting "lost" again. With time, they formed a friendship--that was threatened when some businessdragon wanted to tear apart Kemurikage's forest. Penumbra then pledged her life to Kemuri, and drove the businessman away. Then they developed feelings and now Penumbra is the guardian's guardian and a paladin of Shadow :D
