Biography

DOLOSUS
|| ancient king || historian ||
|| biromantic demisexual || snooty ||
137.png
Dolosus was once the king of a large Light tribe deeply devoted to serving the Lightweaver. Not only was he the beloved ruler, but he was also the head priest to their strange cult like religion the tribe had formed for their flight's leader. Overall, Dolosus was pampered because of his roles and became greedy, particularly obsessed with gold. One of his general's caught on to this and because he was already jealous of Dolosus he badly injured him and left him to die in a distant tundra. Dolosus, unable to move, was snowed on so much it froze and preserved his body, and the elements eventually capsulized him in a glacier.

During one of his travels the treasure hunting dragon Scorch came across this very glacier. Which moved into a much warmer climate over the years and was beginning to melt. Scorch noticed Dolosus' glimmering apparel encased deep within the ice and began scratching the ice. To Scorch's surprise the shimmering gold was attached to a body! He managed to drag the supposed lifeless carcass home, unable to remove the iced on jewelry and wanting to show his clan the unusual find. Once home, the mysterious Reaper examined the body and discovered how well preserved he really was. Reaper and Quince's magic was able to awaken the slumbering king.

Now Dolosus teaches others of his previous life. He also seeks revenge on his general, researching history to see what become of him. He finds out his general took over his kingdom and married his queen. Dolosus becomes extremely angry by this and swears to end his general's bloodline. He's still trying to figure out where his general's descendants ended up. There's some gaps within historic accounts Dolosus will have to fill in first. So, he's become a historian and scroll-keeper of sorts. Overtime he's gotten better about his greed and has learned his new friends are more valuable, though he's still kind of stuck up. He's secretly a hopeless romantic but feels betrayed by his previous wife, so he's a bit closed off to love.
