AZAZEL
The Angel of Death

AZAZEL: It is not a name of an entity but rather means literally "for the complete removal." The scapegoat scenario has been interpreted to be a prefigure of the final judgment by which sin is removed forever from the universe. -wikipedia

PERSONALITY: He's very cryptic and is taken more for an old folk tale than actually existing. Overall a highly skilled reaper who shows little (if any) remorse

LORE: Keeps to himself and hasn't been associated with any clan in generations. The clan he grew up and trained in had many great injustices that were ignored due to a corrupt and biased ruling.
At a young age his own family was killed so he swore to train and get strong to avenge everyone who has ever been hurt. Many years later, he decided it was time to take it into his own hands, there was no trace of evidence and the authority didn't care to look into it, therefore he went unnoticed for years. Eventually Azazel was caught in the act and sentenced to death. He fought his way out and continued "removing the injustice" in other clans.
He's a very, very old dragon, still extremely strong but has no strategy- relies on brute force alone. Due to his age he can't recollect any new knowledge and has forgotten everything except his mission to purge sins. His crimes spread and was turned into a passed down children's tale used as a boogie man scare tactic to keep dragons in line. Only youngsters believe the rumor now but those filled with malice and have committed extreme crimes would shortly regret taking it as a fake story

TL;DR: azazel is basically a boogie man story to keep dragons in line but he? Actually Exists and makes his own judgments
