Chimera

Not so much a member of the clan than an ally. Chimera and her mate scavenge among the constantly shifting cracks and streams of the Molten Scar, heeding no boundaries and caring little for the approval (or lack thereof) of the clans whose territories they encroach. Though born outside the Ashfall Waste, each had spent their childhood there and adjusted to the harsh conditions; their scales have toughened so that magma no longer affects them. Their tendency to travel in and along the deep canyons and flowing lava earned them the name of "lava crawlers" among the clan. The clan sees no reason to bother them, as they keep to themselves, and to the credit of these interlopers, they appear fairly regularly to offer gifts of ore and metal and their assistance in battle when needed.
Chimera is more socialized than her mate, but no less lost in the affairs and workings of clan life. She has a usable vocabulary in common draconian, making her their voice during negotiation with clans. She is calm and collected, and a worthy opponent if challenged.
