Emily is a dreamer if there ever was one. To cope with the fact that her parents disposed of her as soon as she was peeled out of the egg she started to live more and more in a fantasy world of her own. Wherever she stands and goes she dreams of a better world, an ideal world that she always wanted. Her thoughts wander quickly, distracting her from the things she should be focusing on at all times. She often prefers her daydreams to reality and much prefers them to her responsibilities. Mostly unpleasant facts get quickly ignored and shoved aside in favor to the more pleasant world of her own thoughts. |

When Emily hatched and became aware she heard nothing but curses and screamings. No one around her seemed nice or happy, everyone seemed angry and mostly at her and her siblings. She did not understand most of it but it was about them. She fled with most of the others as soon as she could, luckily they did not seem to be all too interested in following them, no matter what her brother said about that. Though she could not help but wonder, wonder what a world would look like if she had a real happy family. She got distracted quickly, wandering without really seeing the world. She was looking for the place in her thoughts, the perfect world she wished to see. It was better than reality by far, and so she got lost. Not only in her thoughts, but also in the Tangled Woods, no way of finding the clan again even if she wanted to. For a moment she was scared about that, but she quickly changed that again, reverting back to her dreams ignoring the fact that she was utterly alone, lost, confused and hungry. After a while, she stumbled into the Star Wood Strand, and heard talking. She arrived among a little clan; at least not as big as the one she was hatched into. People looked, but didn't say much. She arrived before the leader. And before saying another word, she was gladly welcomed, finding a clan that wasn't hostile, but a home. |
